It follows Catherine Ravenscroft, a television documentary journalist whose work has been built on exposing the transgressions of long-respected institutions. In several episodes, Jonathon uses the same lens throughout the series, a medium-length telephoto lens.
Such a lens would be incapable of focusing on close-up subjects, such as selfies with Sasha or in the bedroom with Catherine
The biggest challenge in making a film for television is that the environment in which the audience watches the work is not sufficient for the narrative. Just as not every work shown in a cinema is a work of cinema, not every work watched on digital platforms is just a work of television.
Sometimes things happen differently
For example, Mindhunter is a work of cinema, but it is released on Netflix. If the narrative grows with the size of the screen and the environment of the sound, then that narrative is a work of cinema.

Alfonso Cuaron creates a work that is ahead of its time, and unfortunately this work will seem ordinary to the eyes of the public accustomed to the mediocre.
